By the Sea...by the beautiful Sea!

Danielle and I celebrated Memorial Day at the beach! It was Danielle's first time by the sea. We built sand castle, pick up sea shells and pretty stones and of course SWIM the water was 60 degrees, but that did not stop Danielle from enjoying the water. The day was just perfect and we were with perfect company too.
Come and visit us so we can have fun!

As you all now by this time (usually) a pregnant woman has only one or two outfit that actually fit her, so that is my case. My sweet mother in law bought me this cute maternity outfit to wear it for the las couple of weeks of pregnancy and I look so cute on it that I decided that I needed a picture taken, hopefully it will be the last one of me being pregnant. No contraction yet, juts pain everywhere.

Two more weeks to go!

So I am on my 38th of tis wonderful pregnancy! I went to the Dr.. on Monday and he told me that I am just 2 cm dilated (what an insult) he did a small procedure to see if that helps me to dilate or going into labor faster because I told him that I was really miserable and tired. I mentioned to him that my feet get swallow and his response was put them up or wear support hose. I thought fabulous just what I needed support hose with this wonderful wether.
anyway, this too shall pass and then I will be complaining about lack of sleep an who knows what else. Though you wanted to read of what is going on with me.
Changing topic,. Charles is his last stage of basic training or "boot camp" his graduation is coming up pretty soon! and we are going to see him, so we are very excited about it.
Danielle started to read( invent) her story. She read the book to me now and her stories always start with "Once upon of time" She seems more mature to me and act more grown up which make me said because my little princess is becoming an independent little girl now.
Yesterday, she told me "mommy I have a question" so I sat down and sat her on my lap and I said what is your question? and she said " I want to go to school" "Would you buy me a backpack so that I can go to school in the bus?" I told her that soon she will be able to go to school. I better start looking into it !

Your are the brave...!

About two weeks ago, the Relief Society sisters sang during sacrament meetting. The song is very special. It talks about motherhood and the place that we as women have in Heavenly Father's plan. Its stars saying " Can you hear it angels are calling your name...there is a voice telling you who you are...You are the brave, you are the strong , you are the faithful, you have been saved for this moment in time...You carry the light of His Son and running through your veins there is royal blood. Come take Your Place!
Today, I would like to honor all of you who are young mothers just like me. I would like to honor those of you who are done raising children like our mothers, and those of you who will become mother soon. Each one of us is so special in our Father's plan and I am so grateful to be part of it. Like Elder Ballard said there is not one perfect way to raise our kids, each one of us have their unique way to do it, but I do believe we all are good mothers. I loved the fac that an apostle of the Lord talked about this and reminded us how much we are appreciate and love by a kind Celestial Father.
I thank my mother for upbringing me with love, kidness and above all with faith to believe in JesusChrist and Heavenly Father.
Happy mother's day.

Little bit of patient

Today Danielle and I went to look for presents for Buelita and Grandma since mother's day is around the corner. At this particular store Danielle put on a hat and started to try the patio furniture's. Then we went to Baby's R Us to buy some products before baby Sofia comes to this world. I needed to go potty and my sweet Danielle asked me .
"Can you hold it?" I said Can I hold what? and she said "your pippy can you hold it until we are done shopping?" I was far from nice and I said NO I can't . After that, my daughter decided to jump around and be disobedient. I was about to ... then a customer services lady asked me If I needed help finding something and I reply "yes please some patient" she laughed and said believe me if we sold it I would have bough all. Goodness my poor daughter has to deal with her pregnant not very happy mom. I kept praying so I can have patient and let her be what she is a 2 (almost 3) years old. I can't help feeling guilty when I am not nice to her juts because she is being a little girl> I think I am not going to be pregnant again.
Oh here is a picture of her posing for my camara!
